Refunds & Returns
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Please note, digital products can not be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
Certain products may come with a money-back satisfaction guarantee.
- To request a refund for these products you must ensure you have taken the steps recommended in the product. We may request proof that you have completed the steps. For example, we may request you provide a link to your Facebook profile and our customer support representative will then assess whether or not the specific instructions from the program have been followed correctly. If you have not made the specific changes to your Facebook account then any refund request is invalid and will be politely denied. Additionally, giving up on yourself, you no longer want to change, you don’t want your ex back, not having a social media account, or her not using Facebook or social media are also not valid reasons to request a refund and they will be politely denied. The name on your Confidenceiatry account will need to match the name of your Facebook profile.
- The money-back-guarantee does not apply to individuals whose name does not match the name on the credit card (e.g. mother, sister, wife, grandmother, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend, or any other person besides the account holder.)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, and weather.)
